Who we are

Best SASE Platforms (bestsaseplatforms.com) is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us only through the contact page. The site has no user accounts, no payments and no comments. You can read every page, including the weighting lab and the platform matrix, without giving us personal data.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you send a copyright notice, also the work concerned, the URL of the material on this site, your two statement confirmations and your electronic signature.
  • Technical data that our hosting provider records automatically when you request a page: IP address, browser and device details, pages requested and the time of the request. It is used to operate and secure the site.
  • Browser storage: the site does not set cookies and does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage. See the Cookie Policy.
  • Google Fonts: pages load fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the fonts load.
  • We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Why we use it and our legal basis

Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and in answering the messages you send us. Where the law requires consent, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with hosting and infrastructure providers acting for us, with the form delivery provider that passes contact messages to us once it is configured, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages as long as we need them to handle your request, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or the UK, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, object to processing, ask for portability, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, to delete and to correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (which we do not do), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

You also have any rights given to you by other privacy laws that apply to you.

To exercise a right, use the contact form with the topic Privacy request. We may ask for information to confirm the request comes from you.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
